DESCRIPTION:In 2000\, Tim Bentley created the Millennium Tree Project\, and now you can join him for one of two distinct guided walks exploring some of the 2\,000 trees he planted with local volunteers across Frome\, showing how they’ve flourished\, supported wildlife\, and shaped the town’s green landscape over the years. \nThere will be two walks covering different parts of the town to see how some of trees have grown over the past 26 years (ticketed separately):\nWalk 1 on Friday 3rd July will start and finish at the Cheese and Grain.\nWalk 2 on Friday 10th July will start and finish at the entrance to the Dippy on Culverhill.

Walking along the river\, via Henley Way to Welshmill Roundhouse. \n\n\nAccessibility: The walk involves steps down to the river\, please contact OpenStoryTellers to arrange alternative access. \n\nA note on accessibility: The ramp at Henley Way was removed in July 2025 and there is no current plan to replace this due to funding costs. We are very sorry that this Wellbeing Walk is not fully accessible but hope that we can use this to highlight the importance of a ramp being reinstated at Henley Way.
