DESCRIPTION:An evening bridging classical beauty and immersive sound. Opera singer Annie Bourne is joined by James Watts (oboe & duduk) and Jackie Bevan (piano) for a unique musical journey. The first half features expressive Baroque and operatic arias\, whilst in the second half\, the atmosphere shifts into a more reflective and immersive sound world. \nThrough voice\, shruti box and instrumental textures\, the concert opens into HeartSong — an experience of resonance and stillness. The audience is warmly invited to join in a simple closing mantra\, creating a shared moment of connection through sound. \nA journey from classical form into the heart of sound. \nPlease feel free to stay afterwards for impromptu live music and chats!
