We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed individual to replace the current director who is standing down after the July 2022 Frome Festival.
The appointed director will be expected to deliver an exciting, wide-ranging programme of arts events each year. The 10 day festival takes place in July and additional involvement will be required at that time.
The role will suit a person with an arts background, but we are also looking for someone with: fund-raising experience; strong presentation and communication skills; a creative, innovative and imaginative approach; involvement with community groups and projects; and a commitment to inclusiveness.
The director will have a mission to ensure that Frome Festival retains its reputation and position as one of the leading small independent festivals in England.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to become involved with this unique and multi-faceted event in the vibrant community of Frome.
